Roles & Responsibilities:
● Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that sets TEKTELIC’s products apart in the market. Own naming, positioning, and key messaging to effectively communicate product value and achieve business goals.
● Market & Competitive Analysis:Collaborate with the Product team and management to conduct market analysis, define trends, and gather competitive intelligence. Mine for customer insights that drive positioning for existing products and inspire new features.
● Content Creation: Generate and maintain product-related content, including technical white papers, presentations, product guides, advertising materials, technical videos, web content, reports, datasheets, and blog posts. These resources will support the customer journey and facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
● Sales Enablement: Provide regular product portfolio training to the Sales team and equip them with sales-enablement tools (e.g., FAQs, use cases, objection handling, comparison guides) to enhance the selling process.
● Product Launch Coordination: Lead the coordination of new product releases and market launches, encompassing the creation of promotional materials such as PR, social media content, partner enablement, events, and more to create awareness and generate demand.
● Campaign Evaluation: Assess the success of launch campaigns and provide recommendations for enhancement.
● Partner/Distributor Engagement:Develop marketing programs, content, and campaigns aimed at educating and incentivizing partners and distributors about the full product portfolio.
● Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing within the B2B tech industry.
● Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate complex technologies.
● Capable of empathizing with customers and viewing situations from their perspective.
● Strong project management and collaboration skills to oversee multiple initiatives effectively.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
