Job Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Content Writer who is passionate about the ever-evolving world of IoT technology, with a focus on enterprise and industrial LPWAN solutions and benefits. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence by re-writing existing blog content and generating new and insightful blogs for our enterprise customers and leads. We target publishing ~100 blogs annually, or two per week, between rewriting old and generating new ones. The candidate should have experience with implementing SEO strategies and digital marketing. The writer will use somewhat technical concepts provided by the business or engineering team and create engaging and educational content for a non-technical audience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Review, update, and refine our existing collection of IoT-focused blogs to ensure relevance, engagement, and SEO focus;
– Generate new blog content that aligns with our marketing strategies, focusing on enterprise and industrial IoT topics;
– Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports our marketing plans, crafted 3-6 months in advance;
– Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand blog posts;
– Maintain a consistent tone and style across all written materials, in line with our brand guidelines;
– Stay abreast of the latest IoT trends and technologies;
– Meet regular content deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
– Fluent English;
– 3+ years’ experience in content writing with focus on technology-related content (IoT would be a big plus);
– Understanding of enterprise concepts and market trends;
– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
– Strong research skills and attention to details;
– A portfolio of written work demonstrating expertise in technology-related content;
– Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
