In his roles, Roman has been responsible for identifying new market opportunities, products and solutions vision, their development, and go-to-market strategy for global operators and enterprise customers.

He is highly focused and has a very strong track record of developing and delivering high-quality and market-leading products and solutions much faster and with substantially higher ROI and strong revenue growth than most other companies in the same industry.

Roman is an avid technology reader, skilled negotiator, and proactive strategic thinker, and possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He excels at relationship-building among internal and external personnel, stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Graduated with a B.Science in Electrical Engineering from USASK in 1995, and MBA from Queen’s University in 2008.
